Do injectables hurt?  

Lidocaine is used which is a local anaesthetic and is used in all treatments that require to make your appointments more comfortable. No anaesthetic is needed for anti-wrinkle treatments as they are minimally invasive. Dental block can also be used to lip enhancements upon request to bring the pain down from around a 7 to a 2.  

What should I do before my appointment?  

Following pre and post care of injectable treatments is vital for best results. Please read pre-treatment advice and complete all medical questionnaires before arriving at the clinic.  

I’m not sure what treatment I require?  

To ensure we get the right treatments for you give us a call or book in for a consultation to discuss the best treatments for you.  

How long does Anti-Wrinkle treatments take to work?  

You will start to see results with Anti-wrinkle injections anywhere from 5-14 days. By day 14 the treatment will be in full effect, and you will see dramatic changes. As part of the treatment, you will be offered a free review anywhere from 14-21 days after your anti-wrinkle treatment. All reviews must be within this timeframe and will not go ahead before or after this time frame.  

My lips are migrated and lumpy can I still have Dermal Filler?  

Unfortunately, not. If your lips are lumpy or migrated it is best practice to dissolve the lips and then refill 4-6 weeks later. If you are unsure if you have migration, please send over some photographs before your appointment. 

Can filler be dissolved?  

Yes, filler can be dissolved whether it’s a case of emergency or you would like to dissolve and start again. For dissolving and starting gain, book in our ‘Dissolve and start again’ package on our booking system. Sophie is fully qualified and experienced with dissolving filler.  

Are deposits refundable?  

Deposits are non-refundable; however, you can make changes to your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment.  

Can I bring children or visitors to my appointment?  

No, children or teens under 18 are not allowed to come to your appointment with you for insurance purposes. Other guests can wait outside the treatment room but are not prohibited to come into the clinic due to space in the treatment room.  

Lateness and cancellations  

Please ensure you are on time to your appointment. Lateness will result in loss of deposit and your appointment will not go ahead. Changes to your appointment can be made 48 hours prior to your booking.
